What this website collects
This website has no accounts or tracking cookies. The only information it collects is what you enter in the prescription transfer and refill forms. When you call or email us, your information is handled by the pharmacy team in the same way as any conversation at our counter.
Prescription transfers and refills
When you send a transfer or refill request, the details you enter are delivered to Aldergrove Community Pharmacy by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. This website does not store your request. We use your information only to complete your request and to contact you about it.
AI Medication Review
The medication review tool runs in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or stored.
Maps
The map on our contact section only loads from Google when you choose “Show interactive map”. Directions links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Please do not send detailed health information by email. Share your name and phone number and our pharmacist will call you.
